Tokyo Local Tax is applied if the price for 1 person is exceed over 10,000 JPY, 100 JPY will be applied, and over 15,000 JPY, 200 JPY will be applied.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
